If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. When will I get my order?

builds may take 7–10 days to prepare before shipping. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48, with delivery expected within 2–4 working days once dispatched.
